Wow,
I finally get some breathing room in getting this cool journal off of its feet. It's so wonderful to be a member of this community where the dennizens are enlightened !! I hail from an uber-conservative reservation in Northern New Mexico and ultimately, transformed into a liberal after attending college at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
Trying to be a full fledged geologist and dabble into the art of photography, since I have loved and become infatuated with it, due to my dad's camera, and him sharing the same passion of the art. I just remember him enjoying his 35 mm old (Nikon?? Get back with you later...)
Unfortunately, when I started dabbling in it, it turned out to be a disaster, and more trouble then it was worth. I probably was too ambitious, but I tried doing shots of people for sessions, and experimented in figure studies.
After a ton of "flakes", aggresive escorts, (boyfriends and siblings) and the subjects becoming paranoid and instantly changing thier minds, demanding payment..apperantly misunderstanding TFP/TFCD, and vengeful, maniacal, fellow photographers, that keep reminding you, that they are "Indigenous" and they have seen the world...etc..etc...only to find out, some are urbanized to hell!! (I myself, is fluent in four languages, but doesn't brag about it, because of my upbringing and life lessons from my parents about humility)I can go on and on...and worst of all, people stealing my photo work and not giving credit to repost...So, I feel the pain in some professional workers. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK OUT THERE and KEEP WATER MARKING!!!
Anyway, I decided yesterday to give it a rest and concentrate on my earth science destiny. The denizens of that particular field are just as maniacal, but on an academic level...sooo...I am on hiatus.. I have to remind myself to cancel some of my modeling website pages..
So, if you have any interest in contacting me, maybe just to chat or you know...listen to the wind...
Feel free to contact...I will post photos later.
Take care
Max
